brand-new rooms and very good breakfast available. comfy location just next door to restaurant outstanding, service so highly recommended, and west coast, pleasant food.

In overall the room was tastefully decorated and with a very comfortable bed, bedrooms. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly efficient and extremely helpful. It was a perfect location not far from an amazing pub in the village-King Arms-absolutely delicious food, motor way and Kilmarnock...

The interiors boast a fine big fireplace. Staff are genuinely caring and helpful, contributing to a warm environment. Breakfast is a highlight with a great spread, and the Cajun chicken pasta served for dinner was really good. The restaurant's service during a quiet evening was disappointing, with long waits for drinks and inattentive staff. The ambiance could use improvement to feel more inviting during off-peak times.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent base for staying in Kilmarnock.

Spent here 2 good days and would return there. This hotel was relaxing base for exploring Kilmarnock, loved it and venue's knowledgeable staff in all areas. The food was fab and the location was easy. Also, a 16th century tower house was 2 km away.

During our recent stay, we enjoyed a good dinner with great meals and an inviting atmosphere. The staff demonstrated excellent service, though some road noise disrupted our evening. A charming hotel that tells its own story-a sweet spot for family getaways.

The room was a good size and very clean. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff at the reception and during breakfast. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the food tasted fresh. While the decor in the common areas felt inviting, I could hear some noise from the motorway outside, especially at night. The shower in my room was weak and took a while to warm up, quite frustrating. The heating in the room wasn't sufficient. Free parking was convenient, though.

Make sure yiou dont get one of the 2/3 rooms near the road due to road noise when window open. No a/c.

Friendly staff. Breakfast typical of the country.

Due to the location only a few meters from the highway very loud. Shower with an electric instantaneous water heater requires getting used to and is difficult to adjust.
